You should be warm loose and ready at scheduled class time. We will begin class with a briefing at the whiteboard, followed by a group warm-up, skill work, and then the WOD.

Foundations is a 12 class, 4 week, program that is a recommended pre-requisite for our main CrossFit classes. Foundations is designed to teach you proper form and technique on our foundational movements. These classes also condition you to our main CrossFit WoD’s. (WoD-Workout Of the Day)
