Memberships

All NEW members are recommended to complete foundations bootcamp first. Foundations is a 12 class program designed to take you from beginning fitness to our regular main WOD’s. You will learn CrossFit’s primary movements, mechanics, build core strength, and consistance.  These 4 week sessions begin the first week of every month.     is the student membership an unlimited membership?
