Pirouette burpees
Double unders

Yikes the dreaded p burpees! Everyone did awesome.Who is gonna kill 2011! Share your plans. I’ll start 185lbs that would be 100 lbs lost for me, here I come. Oh and 4 minute Fran time you’re mine too! 35 min st
Patty 5 mile is on the list! Own up, lets train for it. Set some goals.

    I’m loving the workouts! My plans are to tone up everything, lose 2 inches around my waist, run a 10 k, and accomplish pull ups and double unders. Thanks to all of you for the positive encouragement!

    I’ve lost 66 pounds- I have 9 more to go! Now it’s about toning and building muscle. I wanna do a real pull- up without a band, I wanna run the St. Patty’s day five mile run, and I wanna climb a damn rope….lol

    I will put on about 20 pounds and finished my biggest WOD with superb strength about Mid-August! Oh and I’ll run the St. Patty’s 5 mile too!
