  1. Slow, but not feeling up to par today either. At least I did it.

  2. Didn’t make it today…went into work at 2:45 am to help with coverage due to call outs from the weather…still have this hideous cold, whatever. Did walk up and down my hill twice when I got home, since I couldn’t drive up. With weight (my stuff, LOL). So sort of got a WOD in. Hope to be back tomorrow or at least by Sunday…
