Today’s wod is a wod you can do at home do with the family get everyone involved!!!
Wod:
8 rounds
1min amrap
3 burpees
3mtn climbers each leg
3 jumping lunges each leg
Rest 30 sec
On the third burpee fall down and finish in plank and begin mtn climbers. your score is total rounds completed over all eight minutes. Only count complete rounds. Post scores to comments email me videos of your familes joining in!

I got up Friday morning and did this work out. my iner messed up so I had between 12 – 13. I also did 30 min of yoga.
I DID NOT REALIZE THERE WAS A POSTING FOR A WOD AT HOME SO MY NEICE AND I MADE OUR OWN. 3 ROUNDS FOR TIME 10 PUSHUPS, 30 SQUATS, 30 SITUPS.

The family today are the dogs, they were sleeping by the fireplace while i did this. No cheering me on or anything.
Note to self, don’t do burpees by a slippery area rug. Not a good idea….

I’m thinking the WOD you posted would have been better than that log!! It was very awkward to handle. Funny though when I look at the video I see all the things I should have done. Like squat clean it then thrust it over my head.
