Due to the impending winter weather we are canceling Thursday!!! Well, at least our normal Thursday. There will be no classes tomorrow morning and League is canceled we have rescheduled League for Sunday the 24th from 2-6pm. Hopefully the Sunday afternoon may allow for some of you to swing in and spectate we love to have you. If you wanna see what crossfit is about, drop in this will seal the deal!
