Remember we will only have 8am and 1130am class on Thursday, NO PM CLASSES we will be hosting the League WOD this week!!! If you’re not in the league feel free to stop in and check it out!
WEEK 3 WOD WILL BE:
5 Rounds for Time
•Men’s Rx- 20 Burpees and 20 KB Swings at 53 lbs
•Women’s Rx – 20 Burpees and 20 KB Swings at 35 lbs
•Men’s Scaled- 20 Burpees and 20 KB Swings at 35 lbs …
•Women’s Scaled- 20 Burpees and 20 KB Swings at 20 lbs
There will be a 20min time cap, You will get credit for all reps completed up to the cap.
