•Women’s Rx – 20 Burpees and 20 KB Swings at 35 lbs
•Men’s Scaled- 20 Burpees and 20 KB Swings at 35 lbs …
•Women’s Scaled- 20 Burpees and 20 KB Swings at 20 lbs
There will be a 20min time cap, You will get credit for all reps completed up to the cap.
