Wod:
Perform the following tests:
L-sit for time.
Handstand walk for distance.
Chest to bar weighted pull-up for load.
Snatch 1 rep for load.
Post time, distance and loads to comments.

L-sit for time – 7 seconds
Handstand for time 1 minute 7 seconds
Chin to bar weighted pull-up for load – 25 lbs. (no way for the chest…yet)
Snatch 1 rep for load – 145#
12 second L-sit with slightly bent knees; 1:18 on handstand hold. One pullup chin-to-bar (chest no way lol) with a 20 pound weight vest. Skipped the snatch practice b/c of knee-although it’s getting so much better!
Didn’t make today
29 sit ups; 1 minute hand stand; 65# snatch; 18 banded pull ups in 1 minute. Really need to start workin on my banded pull ups.
