Paleo Ninjas week 1 is done!! Hope your feeling GOOD n staying clean. Points cards (paper or digital) are due in by tomorrow morning. There is a paper scoreboard next to the Main WOD scoreboard, please log your points for the week. If your team doesn’t have a name by tomorrow night I will give you one. Week 1 results will be posted Thursday. If you had a good start, which I know alot of you did, keep it up find your groove! If your first week was less then stellar, then its time to buckle down. Make the changes you need to, get on track! Each meal is an opportunity for success or failure, make it a success.
