10 One legged squats, alternating
8 rounds scaled hspu scaled pistols and ring rows instead of pull ups. Exciting to be back working out with the 8 am crew. Love those guys!!
10 + 5, dumbbell presses, banded pistols, and jpu
banded pistols, jumping pull ups, banded hspu
6+2 band squats
10+17 banded pistols, jp, pike hspu
Jumping pull up
11 did push-ups instead of pull-ups
7+15 scaled pistol and pike hspu
Banded pistols, switched to jumping pull ups for the last two rounds.
