Ok so im not one to make excuses but I listened to my sickly body n skipped the wod today, problem is since programming this, a week ago I been telling myself today was the day I was going to deadlift 500#, so I did it. Yeah man!! it may have not been my best day or best lift but I been chasing 500# and I finally stood up with it!
